What is a piston ring?

The main function of the piston ring

The harm of carbon deposits to piston rings: carbon deposits in the piston ring grooves will make the edge clearance and back clearance of the piston ring smaller, and there will be no clearance, resulting in the loss of elasticity of the piston ring.
