Maintenance

1. Turn off the suction stop valve and start the compressor for a few minutes. The refrigerant in the crankcase is discharged into the condenser and the crankcase becomes vacuum. Stop and close the exhaust valve immediately, the bypass hole plug slowly unscrew the exhaust valve, the high-pressure chamber left off the air. Unscrew the suction stop valve bypass hole plug, with conical teeth and brass joints.
2. Prepare the grease.

3. Pressing the suction nozzle with your finger, the compressor will let the air within the crankcase, keep the compressor rotating for 2-3 minutes to get the crancase vacuum, and stop when you feel a strong suction around your finger.
4.Put the pressed pipe mouth into oil and then let it go, the oil will flow into the pipe of crankshaft.

5. Look at the oil level indicator until the oil surface up to the oil level line.

6. Remove the tubes and joints, fasten the screw , start the compressor crankcase to breathe air out, wrench exhaust valve plug when the exhaust sound stop
7, Open the suction and exhaust stop valve, and then finish the maintenance.
